Equipment Financing for My Customers

How equipment dealers offer financing

You do not have to become a lender, carry paper, or run credit. You add a financing option to your website, your customer asks for payment options, and Crest Capital handles the rest.

The short answer

What "offering financing" actually means for a dealer

Most equipment dealers offer financing by placing a third-party lender's request form on their own website. The dealer does not lend money, does not check credit, and does not carry the contract. The lender does all of that.

1. You add it to your site

A small block of code puts a payment-options request on your equipment pages. No plugin, no account for your customer to create.

2. Your customer asks

They enter the equipment price and their email address. That is the whole form.

3. Crest Capital responds

Payment options are emailed to your customer, and the application, credit decision and paperwork run through us.

4. You sell the equipment

Your job stays what it was. The finance conversation moves off your desk.

Three ways to put it on your site

Pick the one that fits your pages

All three carry your program. Choose by how much room you have and where buyers make the decision.

Instant Quote

A compact request block for product and pricing pages. The buyer enters a price and an email address, and payment options are sent to them by email.

Best for: equipment detail pages, spec sheets, sidebars.

Finance Page

A full financing section for a dedicated page on your site. Explains the program, answers the common questions, and takes the request in one place.

Best for: a "Financing" tab in your main navigation.

Banner

A slim banner that points buyers to your financing page. The lightest possible footprint on a busy layout.

Best for: category pages, headers, footers, cart pages.

From your customer's side

Two fields, then options by email

The request is deliberately short. Buyers who are still deciding will not fill in a credit application, so we do not ask them to.

Equipment price and email

That is the entire form. Nothing about their credit, their bank, or their business is asked at this stage.

No personal-credit inquiry

Asking for payment options places nothing on your customer's credit report.

Options arrive by email

Your customer gets terms they can read, forward, and take to a decision-maker. Payments shown are estimates and subject to credit approval.

Applications up to $500,000

One simple application covers $10,000 to $500,000, with same-day decisions and no financial statements or tax returns required up to $250,000.

Crest Capital has financed equipment, vehicles and software for U.S. businesses since 1989, and was rated #1 Best Overall Equipment Financing Company by Investopedia (2024). Customer rating: 4.9/5 · Google Reviews.
