We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Credit Relationship Managers' team as equipment finance Transaction Coordinators. Candidates should be competitive, sales-oriented individuals with a strong desire to succeed by learning the operations side of the business first. We welcome experienced credit analysts and/or sales professionals from other industries, top college students and aggressive individuals looking for a new career. Transaction Coordinators will manage a pipeline of new customer credit applications. Reporting to their assigned Credit Manager, Transaction Coordinators support credit processing by researching credit reports and other data via the web, updating the system via data entry, as well as presenting rates and negotiating terms with customers via the phone. Although this is not a sales position, the Transaction Coordinators must be very comfortable and confident speaking with multiple levels of business professionals. The keys to success in high-volume processing are attention to detail, ability to multi-task, but most importantly speaking with command and dexterity.
Crest Capital provides two weeks of paid training at our onsite facility. Transaction Coordinators are given the appropriate education to start a successful career and quickly develop knowledge of the industry. In addition to classroom training, each new Transaction Coordinator will be involved with Developmental Training and our Mentoring Program. Each new Transaction Coordinator is partnered with a seasoned Credit Relationship Manager to assist with their new career.
