We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our marketing force as equipment finance Vendor Account Executives (VAEs). Applicants should be competitive, goal-oriented individuals determined to succeed. We welcome experienced sales professionals from other industries, top college students and aggressive individuals looking for a new career.
Vendor Account Executives (VAEs) deliver fast, professional service to our equipment manufacturer/dealer partners and are accountable for managing all aspects of those vendor relationships. In addition to continually growing the population of referral partners, VAEs make contact with existing partners on a planned and managed frequency to ensure that a monthly payment option continues to be presented on every proposal – maximizing profitability for all parties involved. VAEs must be very comfortable and confident speaking with multiple levels of business professionals. The keys to success in high-volume processing are attention to detail, ability to multi-task, but most importantly speaking with command and dexterity.
Crest Capital provides paid training at full base salary along with incentive bonuses allowing Vendor Account Executives to earn money while gaining the appropriate education needed to start a successful career in Equipment Finance. In addition to classroom training, each new VAE will be involved with Developmental Training and our Mentoring Program. Each new VAE is partnered with a seasoned VAE to assist with their new career.
